San Diego Chargers WR Vincent Brown has been rotating with the first-team in Chargers OTAs. A broken ankle cost Brown the entire 2012 season but is now healthy and looking to make an impact. Chargers new head coach Mike McCoy said he anticipates Brown will "without a doubt" be a big part of the team's offense.
Our View: Brown is an interesting late round fantasy WR to keep an eye on. He's got incredible hands and is a crisp route runner. Brown could quickly become a favorite of QB
Philip Rivers and may line up in the 'Z' position but can also play as a slot receiver.

San Diego Chargers WR Vincent Brown (ankle) is expected to be a major focal point on offense this season. He was building a strong chemistry with QB
Philip Rivers before his injury, and the two are expected to work on their chemistry during training camp.
Huddle Up: Brown, a third-round pick in 2011, sure has generated a lot of fantasy hype for a wideout who has all of 4 starts and 19 catches in 2 years after missing the entire 2012 campaign. Still, questions abound with the Chargers' receiving corps, and Brown could easily find himself starting with a strong, injury-free training camp.

Dalton – OVER. Fitzgerald will be 30 years old this season and may be leaving the prime phase of his career, but 2012's down campaign can safely be entirely attributed to Arizona's league-worst quarterback play. Even a mediocre Carson Palmer represents a significant upgrade, and Fitzgerald will benefit greatly. Fitzgerald has reached 1,250 receiving yards just once since 2008, so this

San Diego Chargers OT Max Starks, who was signed to an undisclosed 1-year deal Tuesday, May 21, is likely to become the team's starting left tackle this year. Starks will likely replace OT King Dunlap at the position, with OT D.J. Fluker, the team's first-round pick, starting at right tackle.
Huddle Up: Starks, who spent his first 9 seasons with the Steelers is the new blind-side protector for Philip Rivers, who has sacked 49 times in 2012, the most for any NFL QB aside from Aaron Rodgers (51 sacks last season). Meanwhile, Fluker, the 11th overall pick in the draft, should immediately bolster the other side of the line.

New Chargers HC Mike McCoy told the San Diego Union-Tribune that QB Philip Rivers is learning the new offense wonderfully. "What he's doing out there is rare," McCoy said. "He's picked it up so fast." Rivers said the most notable difference so far -- other than terminology -- is more of the higher-percentage mid-range passing. Former HC Norv Turner favored throwing down the field more. Rivers brings a career 63.6% completion rate into 2013, but McCoy says he can hit 70% in the new offense. We're not ready to hop on board with that, but there's certainly reason for optimism with Rivers. You should still draft him as a backup, though, at fantasy football's deepest position.

The Chargers spent a third-round pick Friday on a player who was thought to be a top-20 guy not too long ago. Concerns about Keenan Allen's knee and ankle injuries, and a report that he failed a drug test at the NFL Combine led to him falling quite far. The California wide receiver landed in San Diego, a team that is already stocked at receiver with Danario Alexander, Malcom Floyd, Vincent Brown and tight end Antonio Gates. FANTASY ANALYSIS: At first glance, it certainly doesn't look to be a lot of room there for a rookie, even one with Allen's talents, to make much of an impact. Normally we give you an Injury Wrap in this space on Fridays, and we will get to plenty of injuries after the jump. But with less in-flux injury news than usual this week, and a few non-injury situations worth discussing, we're broadening the scope of today's piece. Good luck to everyone in their playoff games.
I've enjoyed the Danario Alexander run as much as anyone. I picked him up where I could, started him aggressively, blogged about him constantly. Until the Week 15 bagel, it was a fun and rewarding ride.
But in Week 16, a one-game season, there's no time for sentimentality and future speculation. If you don't like someone's chances at points this weekend, you cut the cord. And with

Fantasy is a speculative game. Predict the future, and you look like a genius. Don't, and you're painfully human. Gazing into the crystal ball here's our view on 10 intriguing over/unders for Week 16.
LeSean McCoy, in his triumphant return to the starting lineup, total yards versus Washington 84.5
Scott –I'm glad this dilemma doesn't litter my rosters this week. The Eagles, Andy Reid, a back off a major injury, what could possibly go wrong? I'm shading UNDER because I tend not to trust anyone off a multiple-week layoff. I'd prefer to avoid McCoy in Week 16 unless backed into a corner.

Heading into Super Bowl showdowns for many fantasy leagues it’s probably not a good time to say this is the weakest week for waiver options throughout the entire season, but that’s exactly what we have. Outside of an opportunity opening up in San Diego because of anther collarbone injury to Ryan Mathews, there’s really nothing to discuss at running back if this is your final week of action.
Our best chances for help come from defense and possibly rookie receiver Rod Streater as the Raiders figure to play from behind in Carolina.

As an Arian Foster owner in numerous leagues, it was frustrating to see him not score in a game for just the second time all season, especially at home in such a favorable matchup, but he really piled on the yards late, finishing with 165 rushing, so it's tough to complain too much. In fact, his 6.1 YPC was by far the best of the year. He also had a 27-yard touchdown run called back due to a hold…Reggie Wayne picked a poor time to have his three lowest yardage totals of the season, which have occurred over the past three games, including a season-low 14 yards Sunday…Vick Ballard was highly impressive. He's an interesting keeper league commodity moving forward…Sunday marked
