LockerPulse enables you to read the latest news for your favorite sports teams more efficiently. We pick the stories from the best sites, blogs, and newspapers for each team and aggregate them on to one page so that you don't need to visit site after site to get your news.
To get started, select your favorite team on the home page or from the left navigation bar on any page. After selecting a team, the latest news will populate on your screen. Using LockerPulse is pretty simple:
You can also access news on the go using the LockerPulse mobile site:
Like many newer websites, LockerPulse is designed for and optimized for high speed internet connections, high resolution screens (we recommend a minimum resolution of 1280 x 800), and the latest web browsers. In addition to being slower and less secure, older browsers are unable to handle some of the more advanced features of modern websites like LockerPulse. Below is a list of the browsers that we support. Please contact us if you have any information that would help us update this list for other LockerPulse users.
We have not fully tested other less popular browsers on Windows, Mac, and Linux. If you have used a browser that is not listed, please contact us and let us know how it works.
We do our best to support all of the most modern mobile devices. We have built a dedicated mobile site for use on the iPhone, Android, webOS, BlackBerry, and other smart phones and tablets. If your mobile device does not function correctly, please contact us.
After signing up for an account, you'll be directed to a screen where you can select your favorite teams and national news sources (note: users are currently limited to 15 teams per account).
These settings can be changed any time by visiting the Settings tab in your account:
The My News page is similar to the basic version of LockerPulse, but with a lot more functionality. News and scores will update without refreshing your browser. You can filter news by a team or source on the left hand side of the page. Leave LockerPulse open all day long and watch the page update in real-time!
Just as we can track the latest news for your favorite teams, LockerPulse will track the latest news for your fantasy players. Visit the Manage Players tab to get started (note: users are currently limited to 30 players per account).
The My Fantasy News tab looks and functions just like the My News tab.
You can opt to receive a daily email each morning customized with your news and scores for the day.
You can access your customized news and scores using the LockerPulse mobile site, a mobile web application designed for modern smart phones and tablets. The mobile site can be accessed by visiting m.LockerPulse.com from your device.
The mobile site is optimized for iOS devices (iPhones, iPads, iPods), phones using the Android operating system (Motorola Droid phones, Google Nexus phones, Samsung Galaxy phones, etc), phones using webOS, and BlackBerry phones. For full functionality on a BlackBerry phone, you may need to use the Opera Mobile web browser. If you have used the mobile site on a phone different from these, please contact us and let us know how it works.
If you're a Google Chrome user, you can install LockerPulse from the Google Chrome Web Store by visiting the LockerPulse app page. After installation, you'll have the option of linking your Google account to your LockerPulse account so that you'll be automatically logged in to LockerPulse any time that you're logged in to Google. This is done safely and securely using OpenID. At no point do we have access to your Google username, email address, password, or any other personal information.
