Saint Joseph's men's cross country and track and field head coach Mike Glavin has been named to the full-time position of administrator of the men's and women's track program and the head coach of men's cross country and track and field, it was announced on Monday. A 1978 graduate of Saint Joseph's, Glavin has just concluded his 24th season as the head coach at his alma mater.

Graduating this past May with a degree in marketing, Parks led the Hawks to their first regular season Atlantic 10 title and capped her career second all-time in hits with 231.

As a part of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) 100 celebration, the MAC has recognized top athletes from conference history, naming student-athletes to Century Teams in each sport from each era. Century Teams were selected from an online fan vote combined with MAC Sports Information Directors vote. Saint Joseph's men's track standout Michael Black ('74) was selected to the 1962-1973 team while Franklin McLaughlin ('56) and Joseph McLaughlin (XX) earn 1939-1961 team honors.
