4M without power as Hurricane Irene heads north

The number of power outages that can be blamed on Hurricane Irene has surpassed 4 million.
Winds of up to 115 miles per hour whipped across the Eastern Seaboard, ripping power lines from poles and snapping trees in half.
More than one million of the homes and businesses are without power in Virginia and North Carolina, which bore the brunt of Irene's initial march.
