ACC and the human element of the BCS

When it comes to choosing the top two teams in the country, there is an unpredictable human element involved, as the Harris and USA Today coaches' polls account for two-thirds of the equation along with the computers (an average of six computer rankings).
Who are these people who are influencing the outcome of the BCS standings? Votes go to 59 head coaches of FBS teams. So of the 120 FBS teams, 49.2 percent -- almost half -- have a coach with a vote.
