Agents seek immunity from suit over Cheney arrest

DENVER (AP) — Two Secret Service agents are asking the Supreme Court to declare they are immune from a lawsuit filed by a Colorado man who was arrested when he confronted then-Vice President Dick Cheney in 2006.
