After decommitting over two months ago, Winter Park Asiantii Woulard has decided to reaffirm his commitment to Skip Holtz and the USF football team today. The 6'4", 200 lb. Woulard announced his decision today with Justin Pawlowski on 1010 AM, picking the Bulls over offers from Ole Miss, Pitt, Wake Forest, Cincinnati, and many others.
