Blackmon's arrest a PR nightmare for Jaguars
Source: Florida Times-Union - Jun 3, 2012 at 2:16 PM
Just when the Jaguars were building some early offseason momentum under new coach Mike Mularkey, the team was blindsided Sunday by the news that first-round draft pick Justin Blackmon was arrested in Stillwater, Okla. early this morning for aggravated DUI.
Under Oklahoma law, the charge is only for drivers with a blood-alcohol content of .15 or higher. It marks the second time in 20 months that Blackmon was arrested on a DUI-related charge, having been arrested in October, 2010, while driving back to Stillwater from a Dallas Cowboys Monday Night Football game.
