Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur said this morning that his injured right shoulder has improved “big time” from when he hurt it in the first period of Thursday night’s game against Los Angeles.
“From the day I hurt it to the next day to today it’s going the right way,” he said this morning at Bridgestone Arena, where he received treatment on his shoulder from the Devils’ medical staff. “I’m really happy about the way it feels. It’s just there’s no sense for me to rush to try to get in. I probably won’t practice tomorrow either, take another day, and we’ll go from there. But it feels really, really good. I’m happy about the way it’s going.”
Brodeur said it still doesn’t feel good enough for him to dress
