Dallas police say man drowned his 2 young sons

DALLAS (AP) — Dallas police have arrested a man suspected of drowning his two young sons after abducting them and their mother while they were walking to school.

The Dallas Morning News (http://dallasne.ws/no0JSL ) reports that police say the suspect forced the woman and their 3- and 5-year-old sons into his car Monday morning by threatening her with a brick.

Police say in their arrest report that the 22-year-old woman jumped from the vehicle and flagged down a Dallas County constable and that the constable notified police but didn't give chase.
