Erat out, Trotz has strong comments

It is clear Barry Trotz has seen enough.
Following Thursday’s practice, the typically even-keeled Predators head coach had some pointed comments regarding the style of play from the Ducks. Putting Trotz over the edge was what he believes was a late hit by Anaheim’s Jarkko Ruutu on Martin Erat in the third period of Game 4 on Wednesday.
Erat will not make the trip to Anaheim for Friday’s game and is being listed with an upper-body injury.
Here are some of Trotz’s comments…
“It was a late hit. The Ducks are whining and complaining that they’re the ones being targeted or whatever. They’ve had guys suspended, late hit, we lose a good player.
On Ruutu…
“Ruutu doesn’t even dress.
