Evan Royster, four others signed to Redskins’ practice squad

The Washington Redskins have signed rookie running back Evan Royster to their eight-man practice squad, the Penn State product said Sunday afternoon.
The team also has added seventh round pick Aldrick Robinson, a wide receiver out of SMU; Maurice Hurt, a guard and seventh-round selection from Florida; tackle Doug Worthington; and cornerback Reggie Jones, to the practice team, according to people familiar with their circumstances and media reports .
Royster, whom the team drafted in the sixth round, was released Saturday as Washington cut its roster from 80 to 53 players. A former Westfield High
