Ex-Beazer Homes CFO giving back $1.4M in SEC deal

WASHINGTON (AP) — The former chief financial officer of Beazer Homes USA Inc. will give back about $1.4 million in bonuses and profits from sales of company stock during a time when federal regulators say the homebuilder was committing accounting fraud.
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced a settlement with former Beazer CFO James O'Leary on Tuesday.
