From hiding, Gadhafi tells Libyans to free Tripoli

TRIPOLI, Libya (AP) — From an unknown location, Moammar Gadhafi has called on the residents of the Libyan capital to "free Tripoli" from the "devils" who have overrun it.
In the speech, aired Wednesday by local Al-Ouraba TV, Gadhafi sounds subdued and without his usual fiery rhetoric.
Addressing the people in Tripoli, Gadhafi asks: "Why are you letting them wreak havoc?
