From the Wire ... Lilly and Theriot Traded to Dodgers for Blake DeWitt
Source: Chicago Cubs Online - Jul 31, 2010 at 2:21 PMAccording to multiple reports, Ted Lilly and Ryan Theriot have been traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers for Blake DeWitt and two minor league pitchers ... Brett Walch and Kyle Smit.
The Cubs sent $2.5 million along with Lilly and Theriot.
Ted Lilly will return to the organization that drafted him in the 23rd round in 1996.
