Texas commit Johnathan Gray is the nation's No. 2 running back and No. 8 overall recruit, but despite his reputation as a physical runner, he showcased his abilities in the passing game during last week's 7-on-7 event in Oregon hosted by Nike, "The Opening."
ESPN Recruiting's Corey Long was there and talked to the future Longhorn:
"I think I have the best hands of any running back in the nation," Gray said. "Catching and blocking are what makes a complete running back and those are two aspects of my game I work on regularly."
