Grains futures, livestock prices rise

CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures rose in early trading Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery addded 15.75 cents to $7.77 a bushel; December corn rose 10 cents to $7.3525 a bushel; December oats rose 3 cents to $3.6050 a bushel; and November soybeans gained 17.50 cents to $13.86 a bushel.
Beef and pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
October live cattle added 0.30 cent to $1.1580 a pound; October feeder cattle gained 0.27 cent to $1.3437 a pound; and October lean hogs rose 0.78 cent to 89.15 cents a pound.
