Virginia Tech continues to roll on offense, scoring at least 30 points in each of the past three games. Quarterback Logan Thomas is 72-for-93 for 858 yards in that stretch, the first quarterback under coach Frank Beamer to top 260 passing yards in three straight games. Running back David Wilson leads the nation with 1,037 rushing yards. Duke, which likes to spread things out, can throw the ball. Quarterback Sean Renfree leads the ACC in completions (186) and has thrown for 1,800 yards and six touchdowns. Receivers Conner Vernon and Donovan Varner have both caught more than 170 career passes and are on pace to break the school's all-time receptions mark. The Blue Devils are last in the ACC in rushing, however, averaging just 100 yards a game.
