BLACKSBURG - Virginia Tech coach Frank Beamer said he'll wait until the Thursday injury report to update the status of injured cornerback Jayron Hosley and defensive end James Gayle.

Neither were in the Monday injury report, which is only required by the ACC to list pending surgeries and players who are out for the year.
