Hokies defense regains one star, loses another

BLACKSBURG | Virginia Tech will get one defensive star back against Boston College on Saturday but will be without another.
Defensive end James Gayle was not on the Hokies' Thursday injury report, while All-American cornerback Jayron Hosley will not dress for the game because of a hamstring injury.
