Jaguars receiver arrested in Okla. on DUI charge
(AP) — Authorities in Oklahoma say Jacksonville Jaguars first-round draft pick receiver Justin Blackmon is being held on $1,000 bail after he was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge.
The Jaguars drafted Blackmon with the fifth pick in this year's NFL draft in the hopes that he can upgrade the league's worst offense.
