Jay Cutler familiar with new offense

Bears QB Jay Cutler's best pro season came with the Broncos back in 2008. His play-caller that year was Jim Bates, who is now back with Cutler as Chicago's OC. Bates plans to install the same offense he ran with Cutler during that '08 season. "We're going to use his feet," Bates said. "He's athletic, he can throw on the run, he can see down the field on the run. We're going to try to find everybody's strengths and use them to our advantage." Cutler is also expected to be given more freedom to audible at the line. Besides returning to a system that produced his best NFL season, Cutler also has a couple new toys to play with in WRs Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery. The talented gun-slinger has top-10 upside in 2012.
