Kolb unlikely to return this Sunday at San Francisco

Jason La Canfora of NFL Network reports quarterback Kevin Kob is doubtful to return this week.
La Canfora says Kolb is dealing with ligament damage, a bone bruise and sprain in foot in addition to turf toe.
When Kolb is healthy enough to play, the expectation is he returns as the starter despite the fact that John Skelton has won two straight games.
