ESPN Insider Mel Kiper has published his latest Big Board, and Boston College linebacker Luke Kuechly is now regarded as the nation's top interior linebacker.

No. 2 Quinton Coples, DE, North Carolina
No. 11 Luke Kuechly, LB, Boston College (No. 14 last week)
No. 15, Brandon Thompson, DT, Clemson
