The rush is on to sign draft picks. As many as 12 undrafted college free agents have signed with the Bengals. On the free-agent front, the team may have to outbid the Lions for CB Johnathan Joseph's services, but there will be no market for Carson Palmer, according to team president Mike Brown, who restated that Cincinnati is not trading the unhappy QB.
