NBA Draft Big Board 2.0 - Lamb, Ross, Harkless Rising

The Lottery has been set, and we have a feel for what guys the Cavaliers have a shot at selecting. This is the second attempt to make a Big Board focused on what the Cavaliers need and where I think they should have players ranked.
