NBA lockout: Players, owners meeting in Manhattan

NEW YORK (AP) — Top negotiators for NBA owners and players are back at the bargaining table for just the second time since the league's lockout began.
Commissioner David Stern, Deputy Commissioner Adam Silver and San Antonio owner Peter Holt, head of the labor relations committee, are representing the owners.
