Randy Moss was a two-time West Virginia high school basketball player of the year before focusing solely on football in college, so perhaps it's no surprise that his daughter inherited some of his hoops acumen.
Sydney Moss, a 5-foot-11 junior at Boone County High in Kentucky, was good enough to make her high school's varsity team as an eighth grader, to be earn all-state honors as a sophomore and to average 22.6 points and 10.8 rebounds this past season. She accepted a scholarship offer from Florida this week, selecting the Gators over Louisville, Dayton, West Virginia, Xavier and Kansas.
