Neal said Spurs weren’t rattled even facing big fourth-quarter deficit

The Spurs were on the ropes in the fourth quarter, facing a nine-point deficit after shooting only 25 percent from the field in the third quarter.
Even with those struggles, Spurs guard Gary Neal said the team wasn’t intimidated that daunting comeback.
The Spurs overcame the nine-point deficit for their largest comeback from a fourth-quarter deficit en route to a 101-98 comeback victory over Oklahoma City Sunday night in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.
In the process, San Antonio erupted for 39 points in the fourth quarter. It was the Spurs’ largest fourth-quarter total since scoring 41 points in a comeback victory over Cleveland on Feb. 13, 2008.
