OU proposes penalties to NCAA infractions committee

After a 15-month investigation, there appears to be some movement toward some finality on the Tiny Gallon investigation. On Thursday morning, Oklahoma sent a summary disposition with its findings, along with the NCAA investigators findings, to the NCAA infractions committee for review.
