Officials: Suicide attack in Algeria kills 10

ALGIERS, Algeria (AP) — A suicide bomber detonated a car loaded with explosives outside a military academy west of the Algerian capital Friday, killing at least 10 people, security officials said.
More were wounded at the academy in Cherchel, 180 kilometers (112 miles) west of Algiers.
