Oregon: Chip Kelly and TE David Paulson
- Chip Kelly on NCAA and Willie Lyles: "We'd love to talk about it. When we can, I'd love to talk about it."
- Affect on recruiting? Not an issue: "We're coming off two Pac-10 championships."
- Paulson on Lyles story: "It's not really affecting us as players."
- Kelly on LB Kiko Alonso and CB Cliff Harris: "Their status hasn't changed." Harris is suspended for the LSU game but there's no decision yet on Alonso.
- Kelly: "We really need to figure out who our third running back is." So it's not handed to Lache Seastrunk.
- On Darron Thomas: "I don't know if there's a ceiling with Darron. I hope there's not."
- On O-line: "We lack experience ... Just like anything it's going to take some time to jell."
- On being picked to win conference: "We don't run our program on outside influences."
- On D-line: "Trying to find who 7, 8 or 9 are... not 1-6."
- Kelly on question marks: WR, O-line, D-line.
