Panthers would hold No. 4 draft pick

If the season ended today, the Carolina Panthers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers would be drafting in the top nine spots.
The 4-9 Panthers would draft fourth and the 4-9 Buccaneers would hold the ninth pick, according to ESPN Stats & Information, which factored in tiebreakers to determine the order.
Just to clarify, the tiebreakers that are used to determine draft order are not the same as the ones used to determine playoff berths and seeding. The tiebreaker for draft position is strength of schedule with the team with the weakest schedule getting the earlier pick.
