The Patriots signed former Texans DT Tim Bulman (Pro Football Talk). Hes started his NFL career as an undrafted free agent for the Arizona Cardinals out of Boston College and he has spent the last few years with the Texans. He has a total of 54 tackles and 4 sacks in his NFL career.
