Scott Chandler having an impressive camp

Bills insider Joe Buscaglia calls TE Scott Chandler the runner-up MVP of training camp (he gave the MVP to S Jairus Byrd). "Easy catches, tough catches in traffic -- it doesn't matter," Buscaglia writes. "Chandler has roped everything in and become one of Ryan Fitzpatrick's favorite two targets. He looks primed to have a better season than his last one." Chandler went for 389 yards and 6 TDs in 14 games last year, finishing 18th in fantasy points per game. He's part of a deep group of TE2s this season, and it's tough to see him entering fantasy-starter range. Still, with an ADP outside the first 15 rounds, he's a nice end-game pick if you draft a stud TE early on.
