Here you go: My top 5 TV comedies in history:

5. KING OF QUEENS: I’m going to get slaughtered for this, I know. And in general, I’m not a fan of the canned, hideous-man-married-to-hot-wife genre. But I gotta tell you something: This works. Works, works, works. I think what I like the most about it is that both spouses get their shots in. It’s not “wife knows everything and husband is a bumbling idiot” (Everybody Loves Raymond). It’s not “husband is so much of a misogynistic buffoon that there’s no way this relationship is possible” (According to Jim). It’s just straight funniness.
