Texans reach deals with former Cowboys CB Ball, former Seahawks RB Forsett

Ball, 6-2, 197, will compete for playing time with veterans Sherrick McManis, Brandon Harris and Roc Carmichael. Forsett, 27, gives the Texans three veteran running backs with Arian Foster and Ben Tate. Forsett worked out for the Texans last week.
