Texas Gov. Perry speaks in Tulsa

TULSA (AP) — Republican presidential hopeful Rick Perry says there would be no stimulus programs if he is elected to lead the country.
Speaking in Tulsa, Okla., on Monday, Perry said he has a plan to free America from an "economic disaster" and that he will "get America working again.
