The day ahead: Bound for 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers should be favored to win the NFC West this season, in my view, based on factors from the progress they made last season to key personnel losses in Arizona.
It's a subject we hashed out not once but twice in recent weeks, and one we'll discuss again as the season draws nearer.
In the meantime, let the organized team activities and minicamps continue.
The 49ers are back on the field for practices Monday and Tuesday. I'm looking forward to attending both sessions and speaking with some of the people most important to the team's success in 2010. Anything specific you'd like me to focus on?
