Turkey to return confiscated property

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) — Turkey's government is returning dozens of properties confiscated from the country's Christian and Jewish minorities over the past 75 years.
A government decree, published by the Official Gazette on Saturday, also says the government will pay compensation for any confiscated property that has since been sold on.
The properties include former hospitals, orphanages and graveyards and were mostly seized when they fell into disuse.
