Going into the 2011-2012 college football season, Frank Beamer has an overall record of 198-95-2 record at Virginia Tech.  

He is #2 among active college football coaches with 244 Division I college football wins and is currently riding an astounding 18 year streak of NCAA bowl appearances.

Since 1995, there have been only two teams with more victories than Virginia Tech (Ohio State and Florida).
