Virginia Tech rises to No. 19 in AP college football poll

After a thrilling, come-from-behind victory over Miami, Virginia Tech moved up two spots to 19th in this week's Associated Press college football poll. After the Hurricanes had taken their first lead with under three minutes left, quarterback Logan Thomas led the Hokies on a 77-yard drive. His 19-yard scoring run -- on fourth-and-1 play -- with 56 seconds to go was the game-winner.
