Virginia Tech's Jarrell Eddie addresses media for first time since reinstatement

Virginia Tech guard Jarrell Eddie had an opportunity to chat with members of the media Friday afternoon for the first time since having his eligibility reinstated by the NCAA. Tech announced Tuesday that Eddie was granted relief by the NCAA via an appeal he made to the Progress-Towards-Degree Waiver Committee, which deemed he deserved relief based on his strong academic progress since arriving in the summer of 2010 at Tech. After he was arrested Feb. 15 by Blacksburg police and charged with possession of marijuana, he was suspended from the team and from the university March 9 for the rest of the spring semester.
