Was Heat coach serious with this comment?

LeBron James tried to do the right thing after Game 5 on Thursday.
He played well, was appreciative of his first NBA title and even apologized for last year’s post-Finals comment. You know, the one where he basically said he didn’t care about the millions of people rooting for him to lose, because they’re stuck in their miserable lives and he’s a millionaire, win or lose.
So credit James for giving an honest effort toward rebuilding his popularity. But then Miami coach Erik Spoelstra stepped to the podium after the contest. He probably thought he was helping the cause, but instead provided the NBA world with another anti-Heat rallying cry.
