Here’s a look back at the highlights and lowlights of Week 6 and a sneak peek at Week 7:
The good: Bowl-eligible teams. Clemson and Georgia Tech, both 6-0, became the first teams in the conference to reach bowl eligibility this season. It’s the earliest the Tigers have been bowl-eligible since 2000, and it’s the 15th straight bowl-bound season for Georgia Tech. It’s quite a turnaround, considering last year both teams were 6-7.
The bad: The hip injury to Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd in the third quarter against Boston College. This could be very, very bad for the Tigers. Boyd has played his way into the race for the ACC’s Player of the Year, and he’s been the heart of Clemson’s new offense. His status is questionable
