Quality closers can often lead to victories in ERA and WHIP categories each week of the fantasy baseball season. That makes me select the elite closers earlier than my competition, which is something that is often questioned. In the fifth round of one of my drafts this season, I drafted Craig Kimbrel. My opponents called me crazy, but I feel that waiting to draft closers in the later rounds can be tricky and dangerous to the success that season. I was lucky enough to get Jim Johnson late this season, but those selections don't always work out like that.
