When you’re hot your hot, as the late Jerry Reed used to say, and right now the Reds are hot, having knocked off the New York Metropolitans 4-1 last night in the Big Apple for Cincinnati’s fifth consecutive win.
Dusty Baker’s men are now 10 games over .500 at 37-27. Pittsburgh and St. Louis both prevailed on Saturday, so the Reds lead stays at four games in the NL Central. The Reds were 19-19 on May 18. They have gone 18-8
