The Sooners are hoping the reach another national title game this year, but the last trip didn't end well, capped by a signature play in the career of legendary Tim Tebow, clinching his second national title at Florida. With it, he earned the spot as the greatest four-yard touchdown in college football history.
Jan. 8, 2009: It was only fitting that Tim Tebow sealed Florida's 2008 national championship with his signature jump pass, one of the plays that will forever define his brilliant career. Florida was clinging to a three-point lead over Oklahoma when Tebow ducked into the line on second down as if he were going to run, only to leap up and hit David Nelson with a 4-yard touchdown pass with 3:07 remaining. The Gators won 24-14, earning their second national title in three years.
