Information Collection and Use

Non Personally Identifiable Information

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. This information includes but is not limited to: internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

Registration and Personally Identifiable Information

We collect personally identifiable information when you register for an account. This information includes an email address, username, and password. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and a secure password. Usernames are collected for the sole purpose of creating a friendly user experience (i.e. personalized pages and emails) and as a unique user Log In. Email addresses are collected for the purpose of emailing notifications to users. To gather information about site usage, we track track the frequency of your log-ins to the site. For your security we encrypt your passwords in our database so that even our team is unable to view them.

During sign up, you have the option to opt-in to a daily email newsletter. You can change this preference at any time in the Settings section of your account. From time to time we may also send out emails related to your subscription status, the status of the website, or other business announcements. You can not opt out of these emails. Account, Password, and Security

You will receive a password and account upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and the account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You may not disclose, share, or distribute your password to any third party. If you feel your password has been jeopardized, you may change your password at any time, and as frequently as you wish by accessing the Settings page after you've logged in. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. LockerPulse can not and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

In the event that your information creates a liability to us that may cause our Internet Service Provider (ISP), suppliers, agents, or contractors to sever their services to us because of such liability, we may take appropriate actions regarding such information.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We link the information we store in cookies to provide you with a personalized experience. We also use session ID cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser. Most web browsers allow you to turn cookies off. This will, however, have a negative impact on the usability of the website.

Right to Access, Modify, and Delete Your Personal Information

The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.

Surveys or Contests

From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information or demographic information.

We use this information to monitor site traffic, notify contest winners, as well as to personalize the site.

We may use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests; that company will be prohibited from using our users' personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.
