LockerPulse uses the RSS feeds provided by content publishers to populate our application. Our editorial team reviews each site for quality, quantity, and relevance of posts prior to any site being added. We're constantly adding new sites, many of which are suggested to us by readers or by the content providers themselves.

Benefits of Syndicating on LockerPulse

Having your stories syndicated in our news stream offers several benefits:

• Exposure - we have large Twitter followings for the majority of our teams. Every one of your stories gets pumped to our Twitter stream, with the first part of the Tweet being the name of your site.
• More RSS subscribers - When using our software, either as a logged in user or on a team page, we display exactly what you provide in your RSS feed, including any of your ads and links back to your site.
• Traffic - all of the stories in our archives show only a short summary regardless of what is in your RSS feed. This ensures that if someone lands on one of our pages via a search engine or Twitter, that they will have to visit your site to read the article.
• A Targeted audience - every one of our users is a sports fan that is obsessed with the team that you write about. Exactly the type of reader you want.
• Links - we attribute every single story with a HTML link directly to the story on your site. No iFrame links or other tricks to avoid crediting you as the original source to both users and search engines.

Getting Your Site on LockerPulse

If you run a sports site or blog, we encourage you to contact us to submit your site for our editorial team to review. Please make sure to include a link to your RSS feed to help expedite the process. We'll usually get in touch with you within a day or two. If your site is accepted, no more work is required on your part - your stories will automatically start appearing in our news stream!

Removing Your Site from LockerPulse

As outlined above, we believe that having your stories on LockerPulse is extremely beneficial for you as a content provider. However, should you want us to stop indexing your site please contact us and we will promptly accommodate your request to remove any or all of your content from LockerPulse.
